Hatch is our flagship Heritage Dry cider. 100% Shenandoah apples, cool-fermented and aged for about a year. Some folks refer to Hatch as apple "champagne".
A classic dry cider with hints of citrus and stone fruit — a crisp, tart body with a clean finish. Goes well with various cheeses, including goat, manchego, and fontina.
Always available on draft in all of our pubs.

A UNIQUE SUMMER CIDER INFUSED WITH GRAPEFRUIT THAT IS LIGHTLY DRY HOPPED
Our roots started in home brewing and this cider takes us back to our beer days. A lightly dry-hopped cider is infused with grapefruit and screams “let the sun shine upon my face”. With its citrus overtones, supported with a hoppy aroma, this cider is sure to stand out from the crowd.
